Intellectualization of business. Intellectualization of enterprises

The contemporary violently globalizing market can be characterized by the growing role of nonmaterial factors (mainly knowledge and the network of personal connections), chaoticness (not obvious, often hidden connections and dependences) and the dramatically increasing tempo of changes. These three factors are strictly connected with each other.
To a surface observer the so outlined scene often appears as impossible to understand, and all the more to exert any direct influence upon it. However the number of enterpreneurs is increasing who are successful on it thanks to profound and differentiated knowledge, critical attitude towards the surroundings and independence. These three characteristics were used to define the traditional, distant from practice and often for different reasons offended by society intellectual. The so understood
intellectual quite often however-frequently against his primary expectations and intentions-finds way today to economic activity. Effective, innovational economic activity to an increasing degree requires from the people undertaking it typically intellectual features and attitudes toward the surroundings. This comprises the essence of the intellectualization of businesses and enterprises.
