Study on the return on occupational mobility in Poland
This paper addresses the issue of returns to occupational mobility in Poland. Using quarterly LFS panel data from the beginning of 2008 to the second quarter of 2010, the impact of a change of workplace, within the same sector and between sectors, on wage growth was examined. The problem of unobserved heterogeneity and endogeneity was taken into account using a fixed effects model and the Difference-In-Differences Propensity Score Matching method.
